Result: Second-round TKO loss

Joe suffered a defeat while fighting for the WMO world title fight in northern Germany.

Taking on tough Brazilian Thiago Teixeira at the Apex Fight Series at the LKH Arena in Luneberg, Craven was winning comfortably and was ahead after the first round, but got caught with a big left hook which dropped him early in the second. 

After surviving the count Teixeira then threw a fast left hand-right elbow combination to drop Craven to the canvas again. Craven regained his feet and took a standing count, but his corner team decided he was unable to continue.
